Use:
Apply a small amount to your hands and massage until completely absorbed. Apply as often as needed.
For very dry skin, enrich the cream by blending it with a drop of regenerating Pomegranate oil in the palm of your hand.
For hands that wery seriously damaged by housework, gardening, DIY, etc... alternate with Weleda's Medicinal Plant Cream. The cream can also be applied in the evening, as a thicker coat, to leave on all night (wear cotton gloves).

Hand massage:
An excellent way to quickly relax and make the knuckle and wrist joints more supple. Especially at the end of the day, the tensions of the back and shoulders accumulate in the hands. A hand massage can be performed by another person or oneself.
You can use Pomegranate Regenerating Oil, alone or blended with the Pomegranate Regenerating Hand Cream: take a small amount of cream in the palm of your hand, add one or two drops of oil, mix with your fingertips. Then apply on the hands and forearms.
