Use: Before applying the Copper Toning Gel, regularly take a cold shower, moving up the leg for a few seconds. Apply the gel on the legs and massage from the ankles to the thighs, to improve return circulation. During the warm season, you can place your gel in the refrigerator and apply it cold onto the legs, to tone them.
