For the first use, to start up the pump, you may sometimes need to press several times to make the product come out.
While using, it is possible -but not very common- that the pump might become more difficult to start, because of the pressure of the interior piston on the cream: you just need to knock the bottom of the bottle on a flat surface to restart its flow.
