Use:
Internal use: take 1/2 a teaspoon before breakfast.
As an anti-wrinkle facial mask: apply a thin 3mm layer onto the skin. let it work for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
As a compress: apply the size of a pea onto the celiac plexus (or other energy points on the body, according to the desired effect) with a compress. Let it work all night.
In the bath: for a soothing and regenerating effect, add a teaspoon to the bathwater.
