Use: 1/2 teaspoon before breakfast. (21-day cure)
For nail care: apply every evening with a cotton wool a 3mm layer on the nails, insisting on the edges. Let it work for 15 minutes. Rinse. For very damaged nails, wear gloves and let it work all night. 5 day cure. Repeat if needed.
